Spenser is driven by a customer first approach and strives to apply products in the most beneficial way to solve our customer’s needs. A pedigree in pump and system engineering and sales has provided him with a strong foundation to lead the Clay-Greene team. Spenser’s career began in 2011 as an operations manager for Morrow Repair Service in industrial pump repair, and since has worked as a field pump engineer for an Alabama Utility company and a sales manager for a leading roller bearing manufacturer. Under Spenser’s leadership Clay-Greene has become a household name in our field and continues to grow nationally. -
Andrew Gardner – Project Manager
Andrew’s 11-year history with Clay-Greene has provided him with an unmatched skillset to effectively manage and execute our complicated projects. Andrew’s role is as project manager is a critical piece of the company’s success and helps foster a brand of quality and reliability when our products leave the shop floor. Andrew began his career as a field service technician and has lead more Clay-Greene startups across the US than any other member of our team! -
Brian Collins
As General Manager, Brian appreciates how much Clay-Greene’s pumps are at the core for most industrial, commercial, and municipal processes. Brian acquired a degree in Textile Management from Auburn University and has diverse work experience in the textile manufacturing, construction, and automotive industries. Brian hopes to help keep Clay-Greene focused on excellent customer service and superior product quality. -
Scott Morrow
As VP of Operations Scott Morrow comes to work every day seeking to improve efficiencies and procedures in the repair and fabrications shop. Scott graduated from UAB’s Collat School of Business with a degree in Industrial Distribution. Scott has over 10 years of experience working with Brownlee Morrow Co. in all areas of the business, from inside and outside sales to working in the manufacturing shop while attending college. -
Chris Morrow
In the first decade of this century Chris identified the need for engineered packaged systems to increase pressure, flow and reliability for his rural water system customers. Through decades of relationships Chris was able to acquire one of the best known water systems companies in the south- Clay-Greene. The acquisition of Clay-Greene coupled with Morrow Water’s service capabilities provided a key solution for our customers problems. As President of Morrow Water Technologies, Chris manages the growth of all operating divisions within the company. Chris strongly believes that great customer service is the key to success in our industry. His primary goal is to build the company for the next generation and provide the tools needed to facilitate growth and superior customer service.
